These terms apply to use of the FERNROAM Sellfy storefront and to purchases from FERNROAM. FERNROAM is operated by Julie Simpson in West Virginia, United States.

Using the store

Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the storefront, misuse another person's information, submit material you have no right to provide, or use the store in a way that harms FERNROAM, Sellfy, a service provider, or another person.

Product information

Before paying, review the selected product, version, dimensions, materials, included pieces, photographs, care information, delivery eligibility, currency, and complete total. Accessories and surroundings shown in photographs are not included unless the product description says they are.

We work to keep product and price information accurate. If we find a material pricing, availability, or description error affecting an order, we will contact you. We will not add a charge or substitute another item without your agreement. If the ordered item cannot be supplied as described, we will cancel it and refund the amount due.

Orders and payment

You must be legally able to make the purchase and provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. The payment methods available for a particular order are the methods displayed at checkout. The selected payment provider's terms also apply to its service.

An order confirmation records the order information received. Fulfillment and shipment information may arrive separately. We may cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, has no confirmed payment, uses an unsupported address, contains a material error, or cannot lawfully proceed. Any refund due after cancellation will be sent to the original payment method.

Delivery, returns, and product problems

FERNROAM ships only to eligible addresses within the United States. The Shipping Policy explains delivery eligibility, charges, estimates, and order problems.

The Return & Refund Policy explains the change-of-mind restriction and how we handle an incorrect, damaged, faulty, misdescribed, incomplete, or undelivered item. The Warranty page explains that FERNROAM does not add a store-wide written warranty. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal information

The Privacy Policy explains how FERNROAM handles personal information. The Cookie Policy explains technologies used by the Sellfy-hosted storefront and connected services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future store use and future orders. A later version does not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. The date above identifies this version.
