Our current delivery service is domestic: eligible items leave U.S. warehouses for supported U.S. addresses. The country where an item was manufactured may be different from where it ships.
Sales tax and your total
Product prices exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax collected by FERNROAM appears in the order total before you approve payment. The amount depends on the transaction and the tax rules that apply. A purchase on which we do not collect tax is not necessarily tax-exempt.
Standard shipping is included for eligible orders under our Shipping Policy. Review the complete price, currency and any applicable tax before paying.
Customs and currency
Our domestic deliveries do not require you to arrange customs clearance. If you receive an unexpected import-charge request for an order, contact [email protected] with the notice before paying it.
USD is the shop’s base currency. If another currency is available, check the amount and currency on the payment approval screen. Your payment provider’s conversion terms may also apply. Changing language or currency does not expand the delivery area.
