Ordering
You must be legally able to make the purchase and provide accurate information. Review the selected item, included parts, measurements, address and full total before approving payment. Browsing or saving a cart does not reserve stock.
An order-received email confirms that the order reached our system. Shipment information is sent separately. If we cannot supply an item or discover a material error, we will contact you. We will not add a charge or substitute another item without your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, we will cancel the affected items and refund the amount due.
Payment, delivery and returns
Prices, applicable tax, delivery terms and payment currency are shown before payment. See Duties & Taxes and our Shipping Policy. If you choose PayPal when available, its applicable payment terms also govern that service.
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges when an item matches the order and description. Order problems and applicable legal rights remain covered.
