Browsing and preferences

Hostinger hosts the website. Cloudflare delivers and protects web traffic. These services process technical requests, including IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and timestamps, to deliver the site and investigate errors or abuse.

WooCommerce runs the catalog and shopping functions. WCML remembers your currency selection through a shopping session. The consent controls save your optional-translation choice for this browser. Login and shopping functions use the session information needed for the action you request.

Cookie settings explains these controls. Declining optional translation keeps the currency choice separate; blocking all storage in your browser can affect sign-in and other requested functions.

When you email us

Your email includes your address, message and any attachments you send. Cloudflare routes incoming mail, and Microsoft provides the receiving mailbox service. Hostinger handles outgoing email sent by the website and through our domain mailbox. We use messages to answer the question and handle related follow-up.

Send only the details needed for the question. You do not need to include passwords, full payment-card details or identity documents in an initial message.

Optional reading translation

The language selector at the top of our public catalog and information pages offers GTranslate reading translations using Google Translate. After you allow translation, Google receives page text and technical connection information. Google may recognize your browser or account and combine information according to its Privacy Policy and your settings.

You can continue in English or withdraw permission through Cookie settings. With permission off, the site’s translation startup stays blocked. Withdrawal clears the translation choice the site can access and reloads the page in English, while keeping your currency selection separate.

This stops future translation loading through these controls. It cannot recall information already received by Google or delete cookies on Google’s own domains. Your browser’s separate translation feature has its own controls. FERNROAM’s reading translator is not used on cart, checkout, customer-account or order-tracking pages.

FERNROAM does not use browsing across other websites to target advertising. The translation choice controls this site’s optional service; it does not control Google services you use elsewhere.

Checkout and orders

WooCommerce processes the information you enter in the cart and checkout, including delivery details used to check shipping availability and calculate the total.

When you place an order, WooCommerce holds your name, contact and delivery details, items, prices, payment references and order updates. We share the recipient, item and delivery information needed to fulfill that order with CJdropshipping and the carrier involved.

For sales-tax calculations, WooCommerce Tax sends the checkout delivery address and basket amounts to Automattic’s tax service, which uses TaxJar. This processing supports the requested checkout total and is separate from optional page translation. See Automattic’s Privacy Policy and TaxJar’s Privacy Policy.

If you choose PayPal at checkout, PayPal handles the payment information needed to process that transaction under its Privacy Statement.

Why we use information and how long we keep it

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on legitimate interests to operate and secure the site and answer general inquiries. We use checkout and order information to take steps you request before a purchase and to perform the purchase contract. Optional translation relies on consent. We also handle information when a legal obligation requires it, including an applicable privacy request.

How long an inquiry is kept depends on the question, follow-up and any unresolved complaint or legal requirement. Security records support investigation of errors or abuse. Hosting logs and backups follow the relevant service’s retention arrangements and may outlast a live record. We consider these purposes when reviewing deletion requests.

Providers handle information needed for their services. Relevant records may also be disclosed when legally required or to establish or defend a legal claim. Providers can process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Your requests

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or ask for deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, an appeal of our response or a complaint to a privacy regulator.

Email [email protected] with the request and the email address you used to contact us. We may need details to match you to our records before releasing or changing information. We will explain any records we must retain.
