Email [email protected] with your order number, the product and a description of the issue. Photographs can help. Stop using an item that appears unsafe.
Wrong items, damage on arrival and missing parts are handled as order problems under our Return & Refund Policy. You do not need to establish a manufacturer’s warranty claim before contacting us.
Follow the instructions for the exact product, including assembly, use and storage guidance. The word outdoor alone does not mean an item can be left outside in every climate.
