Choose whether Fernroam may load optional page translation. Necessary site functions stay available whichever option you choose.
Necessary functions
Some storage supports the service you request, such as keeping a shopping session, remembering your selected currency, or saving your cookie choices. Security services may also use technical information to protect the site. These functions are not turned off by the optional translation control.
Optional translation
Enabling this option allows GTranslate and Google Translate to translate the public pages where a language selector is available. Google receives the page content needed for translation, together with connection and device information. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its practices.
When this option is off, those translation scripts stay blocked. If you turn it off after translating a page, the page reloads in English and the saved translation choice is cleared. Your currency choice is kept separately.
Changing your choice
Return to Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Your selection applies to this browser. You may need to choose again on another device, in a private browsing window, or after clearing browser storage.
Your browser also lets you clear or block cookies. Blocking all storage may affect shopping and other functions you ask the site to provide. Withdrawing optional consent stops future use through these controls; it cannot recall information already sent while the service was enabled.

How long a choice lasts
The cookie-choice records set by Complianz expire after 365 days. They identify this browser’s consent settings and the version of those settings. Clearing browser storage can remove them sooner. You can also change your choice before they expire.
Shopping-session storage and translation storage have separate lifetimes. A translation choice does not set the currency for your shopping session. Withdrawing optional translation clears its saved language choice; it does not clear necessary shopping-session information.
